COMPETITION TIMETABLE

GUIDE

It is suggested that the timetable for all Conventions in the future should be as follows:-

1. All frames to be ready by 09.00hrs on the day of the competition.

2. No entries accepted after 10.00hrs on the day of the competition.

3. Judging to start at 10.30hrs and competition area to be closed.

4. Judging to be complete by 13.00hrs and all certificates signed.

5. Competition area to be open for viewing at 13.30hrs.

6. Display of entries to close at 15.45hrs.

7. Award presentation to start at 16.00hrs.

8. Collection of entries to start at 16.30hrs.
